This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how BCDC CLOUD CENTERS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Bharath Cloud", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, processes, transfers, discloses, and protects personal data and other information of users, customers, and service users ("you" or "your") in connection with the BcsOps mobile application and related services.

This Policy is issued in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder. By using the BcsOps app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account and Contact Information

Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, customer IDs, and account credentials.

b) Identity and Verification Information

KYC records, GST details, and verification documentation where required for onboarding or compliance.

c) Technical and Usage Information

Device identifiers, operating system, access logs, session information, app interaction data, and crash reports.

d) Service and Infrastructure Data

Information related to your virtual machines, service orders, cloud resources, and infrastructure managed through our platform.

e) Payment and Transaction Information

Billing details, invoice references, payment transaction IDs, and subscription records. Card/UPI credentials are handled directly by Easebuzz and are not stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and provide access to your account and cloud services.
To display your invoices, service orders, and virtual machine information.
To process payments and generate Payment Entries in our billing system.
To send push notifications about service status, payment reminders, and support ticket updates.
To respond to support tickets raised through the app.
To monitor app performance and fix bugs via crash analytics.
To comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and law enforcement obligations.
To improve system reliability, product performance, and customer experience.

3. Third-Party Services

Easebuzz: Payment gateway for processing invoice payments. Subject to Easebuzz's Privacy Policy.
Firebase (Google): Used for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).
ERPNext: Our internal ERP system where your customer and billing data is managed.

4. Your Rights Under Applicable Law

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

Access information regarding your personal data processed by us.
Request correction, updating, or erasure of your personal data.
Withdraw consent previously granted for processing of personal data.
Request grievance redressal regarding processing of your personal data.
Nominate another person to exercise rights in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, authentication mechanisms, firewalls, audit logs, and secure infrastructure practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data:

With payment processors (Easebuzz) solely to complete transactions.
With Firebase/Google for notification and crash reporting services.
With trusted vendors and service providers for operational purposes.
When required by law, court order, or government authority.
In case of a business transfer or merger.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred to servers located in India or other jurisdictions, subject to applicable laws and adequate data protection measures. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, data may be deleted, anonymized, or securely destroyed.

9. Children's Privacy

The BcsOps app is intended for business use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Email Opt-Out

To stop receiving promotional emails, please contact marketing@bharathcloud.com. Service-related transactional communications will continue regardless of opt-out.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy.
